Ahura is known as one of the best builders in pune. It is a well-established property development group with a wide range of residential and commercial projects completed in the city of Pune. Mr. P.A. Inamdar and Mrs. A.P. Inamdar laid the foundation of the company in 1977. Today, almost four decades later, Ahura has built and maintained a reputation as a customer-focused organization with a dedication to delivery and excellence in engineering and so its has top of mind recall in people as the best builders in Pune.
By controlling every aspect of the development process, from feasibility analysis, site acquisition, concept and detail design, authority approvals, construction and marketing & sales; we as an organization are able to provide our customers with assurance on design, quality, and delivery. Mr.I.P.INAMDAR
Mr. I.P. Inamdar is the CEO & partner of Ahura Builders. A graduate from ILS Law College, Pune, and subsequently did his LLM in Business Law from Mumbai University. He at a very young age of 26 has taken over complete responsibility of the business with a keen focus on Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Taxation. Besides Ahura Builders, he is also serving as a Director of IHPE (P) Ltd which is an innovative engineering design and delivery organization.
Currently, Mr. I.P.Inamdar is the Hon Treasurer and also Convenor of the Legal Committee of CREDAI- Pune Metro and interacts with member developers on various legal issues and closely works with the government on issues relating to PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, and Environment, etc. At CREDAI Maharashtra, he is Convener of the Legal Committee which is a flagship organization of all city CREDAI Associations comprising of Builders and Developers of Maharashtra encompassing over 75 % of the organized Real Estate Sector in the State except Mumbai. At CREDAI National, he is also serving as the Co-Convener of the Environment Committee & member of the Legal Committee for CREDAI, India.

He was earlier the President of the City Developers Association (CDA), an association of young developers. He continues to serve as a secretary in P. A. Inamdar Education Trust that runs a school for 850 children of the poor and weaker children. He is also working as the Secretary and trustee of the Crescent India Medical Education Trust that runs the Inamdar Multi-specialty Hospital, Pune, and a Member of the Board of Trustees of MCE Society, Pune that runs various educational institutions that have close to 27000 students.

His primary interests lie in the fields of new technology & systems, better and quicker delivery of projects, scientific research for project design, and a keen study of happiness through urban design. He has also been committed to various educational and Social Activities for years.
He has served almost 10 years as an active Managing Committee Member CREDAI Pune Metro.
